Take special note of the application and variation that each poll (Stabilizer and Resistance) allows you to effectuate.

 

The Body Stabilizer Poll: You can adjust the leather Body Stabilizer in many different ways. You can lower and raise the Body Stabilizer to accommodate many different exercises. When performing leg exercises you can lower it in order to use it as a seat. The Body Stabilizer allows you to adjust a routine to almost any size athlete. When used to stabilize your core or chest you can easily raise and lower. Even better you can adjust the angle of the Body Stabilizer by just gripping it and moving it forward or back to the precise angle that pleases you.

 

The Resistance Poll: The Resistance Poll is adjustable to almost any height. That is why it is demonstrably taller than the Stabilizer Poll. From bicep curls to French curls to seated leg exercises or anywhere in between, you can easily adjust the angle of resistance in order to optimize the effect on the muscle group being worked. In addition, the Resistance Elements can be easily adjusted to increase or decrease resistance.

 

As you can see, the foregoing allows you to challenge many more muscle groups than has ever been envisioned by any other exercise machine. The types of exercises you can perform are only limited by your imagination.
